Please allow us about 1 week for shipping as the product is hand-stitched after receiving your order. For domestic customers, it takes about 10 days, and for overseas customers, it takes 10-14 days.

DUELLUM is semi-custom-made products which are delivered after hand-stitching in the color of your choice.Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons such as "the size does not fit" or "it is different from the image", etc. Please check carefully before purchasing.
