“Duellum" items are semi-custom-made products which are delivered after hand-stitching in the color of your choice after the purchase.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons such as "the size does not fit" or "it is different from the image", etc.
Please check carefully before purchasing.
We will cancel your purchase only if you contact us immediately after your purchase (before we start the stitching process), so please contact us at the following address.
当店で取り扱う「Duellum」は、ご購入後に、お客様のご希望のお色で、ハンドステッチを施してからお届けするセミオーダーメイド商品となります。
よって、「サイズが合わない」「イメージと違った」など、お客様のご都合による返品・交換は受付けておりませんので、ご購入前に入念なご確認をお願いいたします。
購入後、直ちにご連絡をいただきました場合（ステッチ作業に入る前）に限りましては、ご購入の取り消しを行いますので、下記までご連絡いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
